Human Centered Understanding key perspectives is paramount in discovering the next minimum viable product. After learning what the business already knows I begin to plan how to engage with people to uncover further insights beyond already collected data. I provide well-written survey screeners to find relevant study participants and craft research interview scripts. I carefully consider the pacing of questions to create a place of comfort to keep every study participant at ease during the research interview.

Over 15 years

Experience is a Great Teacher I have a UX research and design career spanning over a decade. This experience is a culmination of design systems, prototyping, cryptocurrency, eCommerce, banking, user research planning and strategy. Below are some examples from my past work.

Design System

CA Technologies was at a turning point of the company's brand identity. They needed a design system to create a cohesive brand incorporating all their acquired products.

Navigation System

Brita needed to clean up their website navigation. Customers were used to seeing the iconography everywhere on the packaging and it was time to bring in that familiarity to the digital branding, at the navigation level.

Interaction Design

Teradata needed to communicate the company's new branding. An interactive brand book became the answer to internally communicate the new brand voice, across all teams
